These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, mobile applications, and services provided by Siddhatek LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to the MissionPeak platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use our platform in an unlawful or abusive manner.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content (e.g., posts, huddles, comments, images) you create on our platform. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and share it within the context of the service.

You agree not to upload or post any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your settings. Upon deletion, your account will be deactivated and marked for permanent deletion after 30 days. You may recover your account within this period by logging in again. After 30 days, the data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

6. Payments

Certain features or services may require payment. All payments are processed via trusted third-party providers. We do not store credit card information. All purchases are subject to the applicable terms of the payment provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software related to Siddhatek and MissionPeak are owned by Siddhatek LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siddhatek LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” and notify users as appropriate. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
