If you no longer wish to use MissionPeak, you can permanently delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will remove your profile and all associated data from our platform.
🚶 Steps to Delete Your Account
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your MissionPeak account (on web or mobile).
- Go to Settings from your profile menu.
- Select Account Deletion.
- Read the deletion warning carefully.
- Click Delete My Account and confirm your choice.
⚠️ Warning: This action is irreversible. Once your data is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered.
🕒 What Happens After You Request Deletion
- Your account will be marked for deletion and scheduled for permanent removal in 30 days.
- You will be logged out immediately after confirming.
- All your content—including huddles, posts, messages, media, and profile information—will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
🔁 Change Your Mind?
If you change your mind during the 30-day window:
- Simply log back in using the same email or social login (Google, Facebook, Apple).
- Your deletion request will be automatically canceled, and your account will be restored.
📌 Data We Retain (If Required)
Certain data, such as transaction records or invoices, may be retained if required by law (e.g., tax, legal, or fraud prevention purposes). All such data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
